Gluten-free High Protein Bread

Ingredients:

Grass fed butter

6 Organic eggs

1/2 Cup Perfect Protein – vanilla

 

Directions:

Generously butter a loaf pan.  Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form (make sure you do it long enough).  Add in protein powder and egg yolks just until fully incorporated ~ the batter will be fluffy.  Put into greased loaf pan and bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
