Complete 3 rounds (45 sec/exercise and 15 sec rest between each exercise).

Warm-up and cool down for 5-10 minutes each.

  • Low Plank
  • Low Push Up Hold
  • Wall Sit with Military Press
  • V- Sit Hold
  • ¼ mile jog
