St. Paddy’s Day Peppermint Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Perfect Protein
- 1 Cup Super Greens (I use kale, spinach & chard)
- 1/4 Avocado
- 2 Drops Organic Peppermint Extract
- 5 Ice Cubes
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Delicious, and the green color comes from the Super Greens, NOT from artificial colorings.
