Warm-up
· 75 jumping jacks
· Jog 5-10 minutes
· Dynamic warm-up – 3 movements x 30 seconds each.
Seal jacks
Side to side mini hops
High knees

Main set
For 3 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible:

· 3 burpees
· 6 push-ups (any variation)
· 9 bodyweight squats.

Rest 1 minute. Repeat 6 sets.
