Need a healthier alternative to creamer for your morning coffee? Try using alternative non-daily milks like coconut milk or cashew milk. If you need to sweeten it up, try coconut sugar. It’s much lower on the glycemic index and won’t raise your blood sugar nearly as fast as white sugar…and you won’t even be able to tell the difference!
