No Excuses Workout!!

Whether you’re in the office, at home or on vacation…..keep on moving!!  I’m on a great Hawaiian vacation this week and enjoying all my treats….but it’s not stopping me from exercising.  Give this workout a try, you can do it!!!

Complete 3 rounds with proper form.  Rest as needed.

Warm-up and cool down for 5-10 minutes each.

  • 10 Full Sit Up with Jabs
  • 20 Punch + Squat (duck)
  • 30 Ali Shuffle 1-1
  • 40 Imaginary Hop Scotch (forward and backward)
  • 50 Jumping jacks
  • 1 minute V-sit
