Baked Oatmeal

• 4 C oatmeal
• 3 Cups unsweetened applesauce
• 2 Tbsp of cinnamon
• 2 C unsweetened almond milk
• 3 C fresh or frozen berries or cherries
• 3 Tbsp flax meal

Mix all ingredents together and pour into 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with a few handfuls of oats and bake for 45 min. at 400°
