Dive Bomber Push-Up

How to do the Dive Bomber Push-Up:
•  Start with your hands and feet on the ground, legs at hip width apart and butt in air (down dog).

•  Lower your chest to the ground in a dip motion, followed by your butt. Pretend as if you were going under a bar about a foot off of the ground, and straighten your arms out on the other side of the imaginary bar, while keeping your butt still low to the ground.

• Lower your chest to the ground and then return back to starting position without touching the imaginary bar.
