Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ C pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp organic maple syrup (optional)
- 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 scoops Perfect Protein Powder – vanilla
- 4 ice cubes (adjust as desired)
Directions:
Blend all of the above ingredients in a blender and enjoy!!
