Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen bananapumpkin-pie-smoothie
  • ½ C pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp organic maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 scoops Perfect Protein Powder – vanilla
  • 4 ice cubes (adjust as desired)

Directions:

Blend all of the above ingredients in a blender and enjoy!!
