Best Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins!!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 C almond flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 C organic canned pumpkin
- 6 Tbsp maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Spray a muffin tin – makes 6 to 8 muffins
- stir together dry ingredients
- mix remaining ingredients with hand mixer until smooth
- add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir well
- scoop into muffin tins
- bake at 350 for 25 minutes
