Best Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins!!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 C almond flour
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 C organic canned pumpkin
  • 6 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  • Spray a muffin tin – makes 6 to 8 muffins
  • stir together dry ingredients
  • mix remaining ingredients with hand mixer until smooth
  • add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir well
  • scoop into muffin tins
  • bake at 350 for 25 minutes
