Whether you’re reading for fun, to relax, to gain knowledge, or to help keep your mind sharp, daily reading is one of the best things you can do for your mind.

Reading has been proven to:

  • Improve your focus
  • Help keep your brain stimulated and healthy
  • Improve creativity
  • Help you make more money (depending on the books!)
  • Shift your perspective
  • Give you things to talk about with your friendly, family, and fellow fitness buddies!

This week, your challenge is to read at least 10 pages of a good book every day.
